Trail Hub Refund & Returns Policy


Hassle-Free 14-Day Returns


We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • To be eligible for a full refund, items must be unused, unaltered, and free from stains or damage.

  • All original parts, packaging, tags, labels, and accompanying materials must be included.

  • Buyers may be responsible for any loss in value if items have been used, damaged, or altered.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately.

  • We will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

  • Return postage for faulty or damaged items will be covered by Trail Hub.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Some items may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., socks, gloves, or opened consumables).

Return Postage:

  • UK Mainland: Postage costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Outside the UK Mainland: Customers are responsible for all postage costs and any customs charges. Trail Hub is not liable for international shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked or insured service. Trail Hub is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to appear in your account.

Delivery:

  • Standard UK Delivery: For orders under £69. Orders over £69 qualify for free standard delivery*.

  • Dispatch: Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.

  • Additional Charges: Free delivery does not include Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands/Islands; additional charges will apply.

  • International Orders: Shipping outside the UK is charged to the customer and may be subject to customs fees. Trail Hub is not responsible for these charges.

Return Procedure:

  • Please return your items to the return address stated on your packing slip using an insured and tracked delivery service.
