Airport Transfer Service Details
To use this Transfer Service, your flight must meet the following conditions:
Pick up and drop off location: Geneva Airport (GVA)
Arrival: Your flight must arrive before 11:00 AM on the trip’s start date.
Departure: Your flight must depart after 3:00 PM on the trip’s departure date.
Approximate transfer duration: 3hrs.
Arrival Day:
- Book flights to arrive before 11:00 AM on the start date of your trip.
- The transfer will aim to leave Geneva Airport around 12:00 PM (noon).
- You’re welcome to book an earlier flight, but you may need to wait at the airport for the transfer.
Departure Day:
- Book flights departing after 3:00 PM from Geneva on the final day of your trip.
- The transfer will aim to leave your chalet at approximately 9:30 AM. Departure times may vary between 8:00–9:30 AM depending on traffic and other conditions.
Morzine
Airport Transfer Service Details
Pick up and drop off location: Geneva Airport (GVA)
Arrival and departure times: Flexible
Approximate transfer duration : 1hr 20.
Arrival & Departure info:
- There are multiple transfers running each day between Morzine and Geneva, simply provide us with your flight details and we’ll book your transfer for the closest available departure time.
- You may be asked to leave Morzine up to 2 hours earlier than usual to account for traffic or flight schedules.
- Chalet check-out time is at 9:30 AM, please bear this in mind when booking your transfers.
Free Transfers for Week-Long Stays:
- Guests booking a stay of 7 nights or more will receive free transfers to/from Geneva Airport (GVA).
Transfers for Shorter Stays:
- For stays of less than 7 nights, transfers cost £45 per person, each way.
Important Notes For All Transfers
- All guests must provide MTB Trail Hub with their flight details as soon as they are available to ensure a smooth transfer process.
- Transfers are shared with guests from other chalets.
- Each transfer booked includes space for rider, baggage, and bike.
- Bikes must be securely boxed for transport.
- We strive to minimise waiting times at the airport, but delays may occur.
- Flight Delays: If a flight is delayed by more than 30 minutes, alternative arrangements will need to be made at your expense, which can typically be reclaimed through your travel insurance.

- Driver Regulations: We are bound by driver hours regulations, so wait times for delayed flights cannot exceed 30 minutes.
Pre-Arrival Information:
You’ll receive detailed instructions, including your meeting point, in a pre-arrival email sent 2 weeks before your trip.
Group Awareness:
If you are the lead booker, booking on behalf of others, It is your responsibility to ensure all group members are aware of and comply with these conditions.
Our Airport Transfer Terms and Conditions
Airport transfers are offered as a shared service and are scheduled in accordance with the timetable set by MTB Trail Hub or its partners. Transfers are only available for flights that meet the specified arrival and departure times listed in your tour details. It is your responsibility to ensure your flights align with these timings.
Flight Timings – for arrival transfers, flights must arrive by 11:00 AM on the start date of the tour to make use of our transfer unless agreed otherwise in writing during the booking process. Guests arriving earlier may be required to wait at the designated meeting point until the scheduled transfer time.
For departure transfers, flights must depart no earlier than 3:00 PM on the departure day to allow sufficient time for the transfer.
Missed or Delayed Flights – In the event of a delayed flight, transfers will wait for up to a maximum of 30 minutes. If the delay exceeds this waiting time, the transfer may proceed as scheduled to comply with driver regulations. Guests experiencing significant flight delays will need to arrange alternative transport at their own expense, and any claims for reimbursement must be submitted through travel insurance.
Schedule Adjustments – Departure times for return transfers are subject to change based on operational requirements, traffic conditions, or advice from the transfer provider. Any updates to the schedule will be communicated to guests as promptly as possible.
Liability – MTB Trail Hub assumes no responsibility or liability for missed or delayed flights, cancellations, or any related costs, as flights are not included in the tour package. Guests should contact their airline directly for assistance in such cases.
Additional Costs – If a transfer is missed due to flight delays or cancellations, any costs incurred to arrange alternative transport will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
Travel Insurance – It is strongly advised that all guests have travel insurance that includes coverage for transport delays, missed connections, and other unforeseen disruptions. This is essential to mitigate any risks associated with travel.
