Everything was top-notch, from the airport transfers and accommodation to the food and the outstanding hospitality provided by Jamie and Ben. I participated in the Mega Avalanche as a first-timer, and Jamie's advice and guidance were absolutely invaluable. The larger group of riders from Trail Hub was also fantastic, as we had the opportunity to ride and socialize together before and during the event. First of all these guys are a 10/10 doing what they do. We had the best time with perfect rooms with full ensuite and a balcony which was perfect for a great view and putting out bikes on a night. Food wise it was exceptional from Ben who knocked it out the park every time. They will cater for any dietary needs you may have but help them out before you arrive and let them know which is what one of our party did and they went above and beyond to feed him with no issues. Breakfast was Continental with plenty of choice and enough to give you a good feed. Let the guys sort your stay head ache free they’re more than Happy to help you get on holiday. Made for bikers by bikers so everything is thought of - wash and repair stations, early meals for race days, advice and organised group rides. My particular plant based diet needs were catered for and had my meat eater friends looking at my dinner in envy. I genuinely couldn’t ask more from a company. Ben and Jamie made our stay so much pleasant and comfortable. We went for silver package, location was awesome, with a view. Everything we needed for our mtbs on the sun deck. In July 2024 me and my group from Malaysia had the pleasure of joining on Megavalanche mountain biking race at Alpe D’Huez with Trail Hub, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! From the start, Jamie was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure everyone was comfortable with well taking care us and provided helpful tips throughout the ride. The trails were stunning, with breathtaking views and varying levels of difficulty that kept things exciting. I highly recommend this holiday package for anyone looking for an adventure.
