– Early arrival on the 27/28th June is only available for self drivers & at our Gold chalet (Namika). Please get in touch if you have any questions regarding this.

Additional Details:

• A £200/€238 deposit secures your spot, with the final balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
• Room shares are based on two guests; solo guests are paired with someone of the same sex at no extra cost. Single occupancy is available for an added fee.
• Note: Packages do not include race entry; It is the responsibility of each guest to enter the event directly with the event organisers. When entries are available you can purchase your Megavalanche entry here.

Silver Package overview

Chalet Hotel Belle Etoile

Stay in 3-star accommodation with a central location for up to 26 guests. Enjoy 7 continental breakfasts and 4 delicious two-course evening meals, plus a fun group BBQ night. Unwind in the sauna or hot tub, and relax on the south-facing outdoor terrace after a day of riding. Plus, benefit from nearby parking, free WiFi, secure bike storage, a bike wash station, and tool station for all your maintenance needs.

Gold Package Overview

Chalet Namika

Stay in our 4-star lodge with up to 16 guests, located slightly above Alpe d’Huez with stunning views of the town. Just a 5-10 minute walk to the town center, you’ll enjoy ride-in, ride-out access, 7 continental breakfasts, 4 delicious two-course dinners, and a lively group BBQ night with the rest of the guests. After a day on the trails, unwind in the outdoor hot tub, steam room, massage chair or cinema room . Plus, benefit from spacious communal areas, secure bike storage, bike wash station, tool station, and a friendly live-in host to help make your trip one to remember!

Early Arrival information

Early arrival is available at all our Gold chalet Namika for an additional fee of £85 per person per night, which includes bed and breakfast only.

You can check in from 2pm, allowing you to settle in before the main group arrives. If you want to get a head start, just reach out for more info or select this option during checkout!

Self Catered

We offer fantastic self-catered options for groups of 6+ at prime locations in Alpe d’Huez. A meal delivery service is available to remove the faff of you needing to cook for yourselves if required.

Secure your booking with a %40 deposit and settle your final balance 8 weeks before your arrival.

A 10% damage deposit is taken upon your arrival and refunded within 7-14 days after your stay once checks have been cleared.

A food delivery service can also be arranged for all our self catered locations.

Early arrival can be arranged from June 28th to settle in and hit the trails sooner. Our friendly staff will be there to help with anything you should need during your stay!

Evening meals

Breakfast is served daily at all locations. Evening meals are served in each chalet for 4 nights during the week. There will also be a group BBQ for all guests included in your package.

Evening meals are made up of 2 courses and are served to be delicious and filling to keep you fuelled for your next days ride!

If you’re a racer booking our holiday before you obtain your race entry in November, December or January and you’re unable to secure a race entry by the end of January, we’ll give you a full refund. Just provide proof that you couldn’t get an entry. It’s that simple!
