Return Airport Transfers ;

Limited availability – first come first served

Pick up and drop off: Geneva Airport (GVA)
Approx. transfer time: 3 hours

Return Airport transfers can be added to any booking but are already included in the Elite Race Ready Package.

Spaces are limited to 8 spaces for each transfer and reserved under a first come first served basis.

Airport transfers run at set times. It is your responsibility to book flights that align with your transfer (detailed below)

We will do our best to accommodate delays, but transfers can only wait up to 30 minutes beyond the scheduled departure. If you miss your transfer, you will need to arrange alternative travel at your own cost and claim through insurance if needed.

If you have an XL or oversized bike box, you MUST inform us in advance at the time of booking and provide measurements weeks before arrival.

Scheduled departure times;

Geneva Airport → Alpe d’Huez
• 12:00 PM — 3rd July (for those booking early arrival)
• 12:00 PM — 5th July

Alpe d’Huez → Geneva Airport
• Approx. 9:30 AM — 12th July

Arrival day

• Transfers aim to leave Geneva Airport at 12:00 PM (noon) on 3rd & 5th July.
• You MUST allow plenty of time to pass through customs & collect baggage before arriving at the meeting point.
• Your driver will meet you at the confirmed departure time.

Departure day

• Your return flight must depart after 3:00 PM
• Transfer leaves the chalet at approx. 9:30 AM
• Pick-up may vary between 8:00–9:30 AM depending on conditions

If you’re booking any of our Megavalanche packages before you obtain your race entry in December or January, we’ll refund you in full if you are unable to attain your race entry.

Just provide proof that you couldn’t get an entry from the UCC race organisers and we will issue a refund, It’s that simple!
