Example Itinerary – 6-Day Riding Schedule

Away Days Included: X2 days return shuttles for you and your bike to Les 2 Alpes. La Grave optional extra

Day 1 (Sunday): Alpe d’Huez – Self Guided – Bike Check & Local Warm-up

•  A relaxed day right from the chalet door. Get used to the area and cruise the local Alpe d’Huez trails at your own pace.

Day 2 (Monday): Alpe d’Huez – Fully Guided Day

• Spend the day with our local pro-guide dissecting the massive Alpe d’Huez and Megavalanche networks. The guide will show you the secret trails and link together seamlessly to really show you what’s out there in Alpe d’ Huez.

Day 3 (Tuesday): Les 2 Alpes – Fully Guided Away Day 1

•  Load the vans for a 35-minute drive to Venosc at the foot of Les 2 Alpes. Your guide takes the lead, and will show you the best trails in the area suited to the group.

Day 4 (Wednesday): Alpe d Huez – Mid-Week Chill Day – Self-Guided

• Sleep in (or not),  grab a late breakfast, and then hit your favourite local tracks at your own leisure or even ride to Allemond for some paddle boarding in paradise.

Day 5 (Thursday): Split day Les 2 Alpes & La Grave (Self-Guided / Guided Upgrade • Away Day 2

The van drops down the valley floor to unlock your choice of adventure:

• • Option A: Les 2 Alpes (Self-Guided): Hop off at the Venosc Gondola for a full day tearing up the massive L2A network at your own pace.
  • Option B: La Grave (Guided Upgrade — £99): Stay on the bus for the ultimate big-mountain backcountry day with the local guides showing you the way!

Day 6 (Friday): The Megavalanche Lap & Final Send-Off – Self-Guided •

Drop in from Pic Blanc at 3300 Mts for a full top-to-bottom lap of the world-famous Megavalanche track or further explore more trails in the valley. Pack down the bikes early evening for a final celebration dinner.

Return Airport Transfers – 150

Approx. transfer time: 2 hours

Spaces are limited to 8 spaces for each transfer and reserved under a first come first served basis.

Airport transfers run at set times. It is your responsibility to book flights that align with your transfer (detailed below)

We will do our best to accommodate delays, but transfers can only wait up to 30 minutes beyond the scheduled departure. If you miss your transfer, you will need to arrange alternative travel at your own cost and claim through insurance if needed.

If you have an XL or oversized bike box, you MUST inform us in advance at the time of booking and provide measurements weeks before arrival.

Scheduled departure times;

Lyon Airport → Alpe d’Huez
• 12:00 PM — 7th August

Alpe d’Huez → Lyon Airport
• Approx. 9:30 AM — 14th August

Arrival day

• Transfers aim to leave Lyon Airport at 12:00 PM (noon) on the 7th August .
• You MUST allow plenty of time to pass through customs & collect baggage before arriving at the meeting point.
• Your driver will meet you at the confirmed departure time.

Departure day

• Your return flight must depart after 3:00 PM
  • Transfer leaves the chalet at approx. 9:30 AM
  • Pick-up may vary between 8:00–9:30 AM depending on conditions
