1. Payment

Holiday payments can be paid by direct debit or cash. (Prices quoted are in English Pounds). Full payment is required a minimum of 6 weeks prior to departure. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and is required to secure a place on the holiday.

2. Travel insurance

It is recommended that you have travel insurance to make any claims that may occur for any cancellation you may endure from the time of booking your holiday to completion of the holiday and returning to your home. Refer to points 3 and 5 for further information. If you decide not to hold insurance, costs associated with any emergencies, health issues, cancellations but not limited to and described in point 3 and 5 will need to be covered by you. This includes cancellation of a holiday booking deposit. Mtb Trail Hub highly recommends you obtain travel insurance at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations

All deposits are non refundable. If a holiday booking is cancelled less than 31 days before arrival, then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made. If a booking is cancelled less than 21 days before arrival, then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. If the booking is cancelled 31 or more days before arrival, then the remaining balance of the holiday will be returned. The initial deposit is non-refundable. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

4. ​Health, Fitness Requirements and Medical disclosure

You must be in good health to participate in this holiday. MTB Trail Hub will take all due care to ensure that you as the participants understand the holiday that you have bought, and the risks associated with parBcipaBng in the holiday. You as the parBcipant will let MTB Trail Hub know of any underlying health issues or health issues that may impede you in enjoying or participating safely in this actvity. You declare to MTB Trail Hub that you are in good health and able to participate in the activity. At MTB Trail Hub’s discretion, you may be asked to provide a doctor signed medical form to ensure you are able to participate in the holiday you are wanting to travel on. This will be decided upon by the information that you must declare to us when making the booking on your medical form. Failure to declare medical issues can impact on your travel insurance, 3rd party operators who are employed by MTB Trail Hub to operate the holiday and other riders.

5. Route changes, Postponement, Cancella-on or Delay. Inclement weather ac-on.

From time to time and due to varying circumstances, MTB Trail Hub reserves the right to change routes, time, date, cancel or delay the departure. Generally, where it may be deemed unsafe to conduct the holiday is when this condition will come into effect. Other circumstances may include but not limited to as follows:

a. Inclement weather
b. Fire where by the permiting authority has restricted access to the area to conduct the activity
c. Floods where by the permiting authority has restricted access to the area to conduct the activity
d. Terrorism.

6.   Exclusions/inclusions

Only inclusions as listed in the holiday itinerary information are included in the holiday price. MTB Trail Hub will conduct the holiday as listed in the information and agreed upon by you. Exclusions, such as some meals, optional attractions fees, personal shopping and anything else not listed in inclusions will be at your own expense.

7. ​Assumption of risk

By submitng a booking and payment you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with participating in the activity. You understand all written information provided by MTB Trail Hub.Mtb Trail Hub and partners working alongside Mtb Trail Hub will not be liable in any way, or in any circumstances for any damage, injury or loss to you or to your party that may occur during, in connecBon with, or as a result of mountain biking. Users participate in the sport entirely at their own risk and must ride within their own capabilities ensuring that their cycle is in good working order and properly maintained.

8. Promotional material

You agree that MTB Trail Hub representatives or third-party suppliers may take photographs and film of you while you are on holiday and that those images and film may be used in our brochures, advertising material and online social media without obtaining any further consent from you or any payment in respect of such imagery. If you do not consent to this, please make MTB Trail Hub aware.

You consent to us using any feedback comments that you provide from surveys conducted by MTB Trail Hub.

10. Privacy

You permit MTB Trail Hub to collect information about you as to ensure that MTB Trail Hub can determine the appropriate tour for you. That MTB Trail Hub will keep these records on file and not share them with any other company unless with written permission from you.

11. Bike Storage

We advise you to lock your bike when leaving unatended either in the designated bike stores, balconies or terraces. Mtb Trail Hub is not responsible for the loss of material inside any of the establishments.

12. Airport Transfers

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, THERE WILL ONLY BE ONE TRANSFER EACH WAY!

TO USE OUR GENEVA TRANSFER SERVICES YOUR FLIGHT MUST ARRIVE BEFORE 11AM ON THE START DATE OF THE TRIP & DEPART AFTER 2PM THE DAY OF DEPARTURE.

Please book your arrival day flights to arrive of the morning before 11am as the transfer will aim to leave at around 12pm from Geneva. Your departure day flights need to depart from afternoon from Geneva. The transfer will leave the chalet at around 9.30AM.

Feel free to book an earlier arrival day flight or a later departure day flight if it makes more sense but you may have to wait at the airport to connect with your transfer or return flight.

The Transfers will consist of a shared transport coach with our other chalets in. Provided that there are no flight delays we will keep waiting times to a minimum*.

Our transfer services are not available under any other conditions and it is your responsibility that all your group members are aware of these conditions.

* For delayed flights, the maximum we can wait is up to half an hour after the scheduled departure time in order to avoid compromising driver hours regulations. If your flight is delayed by more than this we will endeavour to arrange an alternative. You will have to pay for this initially but you will normally be able to reclaim this on your travel insurance.

The return departure time will sometimes change due to advice from the transfer company about traffic and other issues. Expect to depart between 8am – 9.30am.
